He was (until recently) also on Battle of the Network Reality Stars on Bravo. He plays Bobby, the guy who is making out with the first victim in the beginning.
I just watched it again tonight and knew he looked familiar...turns out, it's Mike "Boogie" Malin.

Amy Adams, who played Marvel Ann, is in the new movie JUNEBUG, and is quite good. She plays a young pregnant wife in rural NC, all smiles and cheer but with an undercurrent of despair and desperation. She's hoping the baby will spark up her joyless marriage.

11 years after your post, but I just saw the movie, thanks for confirming this! The second I saw him on screen (for the whole 5 seconds he is on screen lol), and I immediately said, "That's Mike Boogie!" Glad someone else noticed! =)
