This dvd was like only 50 minutes, the movie was great up until it abruptly ended, maybe i need to watch it again, because not enough is revealed or what, did he kill his wife , also what is the book about, and the bait that the old guy on oxygen is talking about... I need someone smart here to explain this one to me, thanks in advance...

I don't know how you watched-dvd or vhs, but this is approximately 200 min. long. Is it possible that you didn't get 2 tapes or someting?

I rented the dvd from blackbuster and it was only like 50 minutes long, the last thing i remember the cop tells sean bean how hes sure he is guilty, then it show sean bean crying in the car, and I was like what kind of an ending is that....

You definately didn't get the entire movie. The was originally made for british television in 3 episodes. It comes in at about 200 minutes. You need to check with blockbuster - it should probably be two tapes. It's worth the trouble!.

GK, I just rented this from Netflix and it was over 3 hours. It appears you just have the first segment. It's definitely worth tracking down the rest of the film and watching it.

I kinda found myself dozing off after the first couple of hours. I wasn't aware that it was this long, and I more or less didn't think the time allotted for the flick was necessary. I never did get around to watching the ending, but I know I will eventually. One thing is for sure - NONE of my Bean flicks will wind up on eBay - No way!

Just got this in the mail and I just finished watching it. It was great! Love watching anything with Mr. Sean Bean!!!!!! I was a little confused at the very end! But don't fret I will have fun watching it again.

Neil Burn is an undercover agent to infiltrate the British Mob, he gets in very well with them and then it is discoveres that he is an agent. The Mob want to make any testimony he could give dis-credited. He is framed for his Wife and Daughters murder and sent to jail. Frank was the exleaader of the Mob and when all the details came out he got sick. His Daughter now runs part of the Mob with Joe and she knows that Joe and Fredrickson ( leader of the Agency that Burns worked for) Frederickson actually sold out Burn. Annie knows they have some off shore accounts and the numbers are in that book Patagonia, but there are two books. Burns needs them both to crack the code. Neil burns down their business and takes their money to hurt them. In the end Annie makes a deal with the police and it is discovered that Fredrickson ordered the hit and Joe and another guy (can't remember his name) actually kill Burns family.
