Dave is one of the funniest characters ever, and most of the shows best moments are with him inm it. What are your favorites?

Titus is Dead
Titus: No, you're not thinking cleary! It's the classic heart-attack rebound! It's the angina talking.
Dave: *gasp* It talks?!
Titus: Angina.

Three Strikes
Dave: Tell me they didn't find my secret stash of weed!
Christopher Titus: Dave!
Dave: I mean, my secret stash of... Pot.

Gift of the Car Guy
Dave That's it! That's it! I've gotta see somebody naked!
Christopher: There's a mirror in the bathroom.
Dave Oh yeah!

The Surprise Party
"I'M A MAN!" While smashing Ken’s truck with a bat.

Private Dave
Dave: I joined the Army. Now I can kill other people and they'll send me to college!

Dave Moves Out
Cop: Mr. Titus, you're sure this is your VCR?
Ken: Damn straight!
Cop: We found half an ounce of marijuana in it.
Dave: Yeah, that's his piece of crap VCR. But the pot is mine!

This is the best Dave moment. He runs out and then shows up later with a dog and some milk. Good stuff.

The one where he joins the army:

Titus: You did what?
Dave: I joined the Army.
(nutral space) Titus: You know sometimes you need to hear a piece of information again, just so you can process it.
Titus: What did you do?
Dave: I joined the Army
(nutral space) Titus: You know the brain can do such funny things. You know you get a pallop up in there and you start hearing things and thinking they're whole other things!
Titus: What?
Dave (speaking slowly) I join-ed the Ar-my.
Titus: Okay maybe I'm asking the wrong questions. WHY!?

I loved the episode when they go to Erin's office. After they find out the boss that's hitting on her is a woman, Dave eclaims, "I want to work here." Then later in the episode Titus and Erin hug, and behind them Dave is standing casually next to a burning trash can, and when Titus sees it, motions in a panic for him to get out.

I believe it was Episode 11:

Police Officer: (To Titus) I want my viper flamed.
Dave: And I want my POT BACK!

And it was mentioned before, but from Tommy's Not Gay:

Titus: Hey, ho... it's a new drinking game... You gotta drink now, hoss...
Dave: I'M A HOMO! (Drinks)... I don't get this game...

It's hard to pick out my single most favorite Dave moment but I'll try.

*from the episode when Titus's mom was cremated*
"Oh, um, yeah. I put your mom's ashes in it. See, it keeps your cool mom cool and your hot mom hot! And... and there's also a snack pack pudding in here to surprise her."

And...well most others have been already stated somewhere on this board.

some already mentioned it..the "GET OFF OUR LAAAAAAND!" line

and from After Mrs. Shafter,
- "What happened to the man that wrote THIS POEM?!"
- on helping Mrs. Shafter decide between her husband and Ken, Dave suggests: "I say keep 'em both. I'd sex him up and do chick stuff with him."

from Into Thin Air, "When they find me frozen 500 years from now, I want to look hot."

From Tommy's Not Gay,
Dave gives Tommy a long kiss..
Dave:"you like that?"
Tommy:"NO!"
Dave:"then you're not GAY!...now let's see if Erin's gay."

Dave is the best character on the show. About 90% of the funny parts come from him.

My favorite scene from the whole series is in Locking up mom. Dave is sitting with a patient and they are making weird popping sound and acting like they were chatting. Then all of a sudden they both start to laugh. That scene is so simple but totally hilarious.

from "the protector" (the last episode produced)

principal wells says he's going to look in amy's locker for drugs and dave says something along the lines of "not if i get there first" and take off. the principal takes off after him.
