i guess i'm the only person on here that actually liked this movie i'll rant on a little for myself!
i thought it was really really good, obviously not oscar worthy.
Busy philipps was goregous as usual, and hot as ever!
it was so sad when Karen died i was bawling my eyes out LOL.
dominique did really well also, and the guy that liked her was really cute. it was really sweet lol.
anyway
i'm really glad i bought this!

It was a launch pad for the careers of Busy Phillips and Oliver Hudson who starred in a season of Dawson's Creek together, don't tell me the two of them appearing on the same tv drama had nothing to do with this movie. Dominique Swain was also recast with Oliver Hudson in As Virgins Fall, now tell me would you recast Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez after Gigli, I think not. This can only mean great dvd sales.

wow i posted this 4 years ago! hahaha. weird. i cant even remember watching this movie, i still have it in my dvd collection though maybe i should crack it out and re-watch it :)
Still have a crush on Busy Philips though!

I know the feeling, I first saw it when it first came out on VHS, the rape scene in a pile of corn cracked me up. So some years pass and I see it at a used dvd store, it made a good first impression so I figured why not watch it again. Some 10x later and I would say it is in my top 5 movies of all time. Dominique Swain and Oliver Hudson also co-starred in New Best Friend (2002).
