Tip for those finding this unbearable

I almost stopped watching this after the 2nd episode because I could not see how much further they could take it.. but boy did they.

I watched it because I'm infatuated with Matsushima and Kuroki, but still found myself blurting out things like... "yeah, right." or "what the hell am I watching this for?" or "gaaaaawwwwwddd."

Anyway, if you don't want to finish it but still feel committed, view this as a *comedy*. From Masaru's bizarre transformation to the wily antics of Michi's friend to the absurdity of this type of relationship, there are several guaranteed LOL moments and multiple snickers per episode if you watch it this way.

Hmm... Sorry, but I don't understand at all what you are talking about. This is a top quality drama, not a comedy. Maybe you confused this drama with something else?

Well, I don't know about "top quality." :) I agree that it should be classified as a drama, but this was just a little too ridiculous for me to sympathize with.

It's probably because I'm against this type of taboo relationship and seeing it unfold is just too much for me. No matter how much I try, there's only so much scandal I can take. Every episode felt like a tabloid script. After switching my comprehension a bit, I started to enjoy the episodes as comedy.

If you imagined the leading lady and man as Rhea Perlman and Al Pacino, I'm sure you would too. :)
