For me, it's a tossup between Boxer and Snowball. Benjamin is a worthy mention too.

And XD at the fact that whenever Squealer lied, he addressed the animals as "My friends". Who does that sound like? :)

I really liked Mollie and Muriel. I know Mollie was selfish and vain but i still loved her. Muriel seemed very motherly and plus she could read lol thats really cool ;]
