I can't remember when it was on US TV I must have been 3-5 years old late 60's early 70's I guess! I loved this show and Speed Racer! I was just watching it on HULU recently and I was still captivated by it! loved all the miniature sets

shareBought UltraMan Series One | Volume One (20-episodes) some years back, for I think $5.00 at a discount retail store, and while looking for some old files, found it in a box recently. Watching it now - sure brings back childhood memories of living in Japan, along with other shows such as The Space Giants(?), Gigantor, Astro Boy and so many others. From what I recall those many years ago, my brothers and I also enjoyed pro Japanese wrestling on Saturday nights on NHK television as well. Yes. Looking at it now, and in comparison to contemporary computer/digital special effect sure it looks campy and corny, but back-in-the-day it was so cool!
