Is there an English language version of this?

I recall watching the TV-series-condensed "movie" of Space Battleship Yamato on American TV as a child. I believe it had the same English language dub as the TV series that is available on DVD from Voyager Entertainment, but there does not appear to be an English language version of the movie available. The best I have found is Japanese language with English subs. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate the original language being available, but I also like being able to see the movie in the format that I did long ago. I want to avoid getting the whole TV series.

I used to live in a video-shop in England and remeber seeing this in english... haven't seen it in years... did it have a tragic ending where they drifted through space filled with holes....? My memory is... uh...

I've got this on VHS. In English, no less. It's kickin' rad.

Even though it's 4 years later...

There is an English dub of it, but it's absolutely horrid... and this is from someone who prefers dubs. It's worse than most of the international dubs from the period (like the Macross: DYRL dub.)

It's got such amazing lines as "Continue zapping!"
