I have to say that I have never seen semen that looked like ranch dressing or treacle. Maybe a mixture of shampoo/conditioner (the thinner, greyish type) and mayonnaise (though some are super allergic to eggs, like me) or yoghurt might do the trick.
However, I imagine they would use some kind of methylcellulose concoction, with something white added to it, like powdered milk or something. Methylcellulose is what they often use for slime/drool in movies (it comes in powder form that you mix with cold water until you get the consistency you want). Of course, they also use KY-Jelly sometimes as well, and there are other lubricants meant for sexual use that are meant to look like semen, which could also be used.
Though, there is also the fact that the semen would be mixed with blood, which would make it turn pink, which would probably look silly.
Not to mention that only the sperm specifically (them little wriggly things) comes out of the testicles, which then joins the rest of the ejaculatory fluid, in the prostate gland, where it is partially produced (and eventually travels out through the urethra during ejaculation). The prostate gland is located just beyond the anus, toward the testicles. Therefore, she would be more likely to get semen on her mouth by biting off part of his penis as he ejaculated.
In short, guy bits are actually more complicated than you might think, and blood plus baby gravy is probably pink.
