Sordid lives does not look good on Digital Video. They should have made the film using real film negative.
sharelow budget, man, but that is a good thing. It didn't cost a lot to make, so production saved a bundle, and look at how much money it made. I didnt mind the way it looked one bit, but the Miami Vice movie was filmed farrrrr worse! Grainy, 70s looking quality and they actually had a large budget!

shareMost films now are shot on digital and there are very easy ways to make it look like film in editing. In 2000? I don't know.
