I blame the director and the writers, not the actors

I don't blame the actors James Spader, Keanu Reeves and Marisa Tomei for their dissappointing performances.

I blame the director, Joe Charbanic, and the writers, Darcy Meyers and David Elliot.

Who picked this script?

There were so many tired, hoky, worn-out ideas in this script that I was surprised they didn't include a woman having a baby in a locked elevator.

Where did the director learn to misuse talented, proven actors and consistently insult the audience's intelligence at the same time? Is there a film school that teaches this skill?

I wasted $4 renting this movie. Now I can't get my money back.

I love you, Marisa :-)

Yeah sometimes I felt like I was watching one of those 80's cop movies, like the car chase with the detective was there a significant point to that? And I didn't understand why Keanu had to be dancing all the time was there a point to that as well? He looked ridiculous dancing when there wasn't anything calling for him to do that (ie. when he has Marisa Tomei tied up), I expected to this to be more of a "seriel killer" movie then it was.

You said a wise thing! People usually blame actors for bad movies. I'm not saying this movie is too bad,but it's not quite what I expected....

Yes I can't believe this movie was made in 2000. I thought it was made in the early 90s. I guess James Spader looked way younger than he did when he was in The Practice and Boston Legal, maybe that's why.
The start just reminded me of those B-grade made-for-TV movies. The flashbacks and blurry vision when seeing through the eyes of 'The Watcher' were done in a cheap fashion.

ok i agree that this isnt the best movie, but i loved wen keanu danced. it made him seem creepier. like c'mon. u wood normally imagine killers to be cold, cynical, kill the chick and go on. but not him, he had a BLAST doing wat he did. he loved every moment of it. its like a song, "it makes me feel like dancing." u could tell that he liked music in some way, almost evry time he killed a chick, he wood comment about music. the chick frm the camera store, he put on a cd he liked frm her selection, the chick frm the streets, he asked her to dance, he danced with the frikin cat. so the dancin gives us a bit of his character. it was creepy, and those were the parts i liked.

Thir13enFALLENangels, if you saw a script, I'm afriad I didn't.

Where was it? And if someone finds it, will they please notify the actors and diretor.

For once the script's found, the film will have to be re-shot. :)
