very late to the party here but the show used to have real laughter back when it was filmed in front of a live audience, some shows still actually record a laughter track from screen testings but You've Been Framed as it is now isn't one of them, and I think the biggest reason for that is that nothing that Harry Hill says is funny so they just dump fake laughter on top of what he says and the clips.
