I was just wondering what this movie was specifically about. I saw IMDb had an article about it which said it was about "atrocities" commited during the Vietnam War. I am not in a location where it is playing so could someone help me receive a bit more detail on those atrocities? Thanks.

Uh, the film was already made 36 years ago, and this was testimony by actual vets who were in Vietnam--exactly what the hell did they have to gain by making any of this up? Really, not a damn thing, except to clear their consciences. The movie was barely even seen or heard of in this country until about 3 years ago, when it was finally re-released. And last time I looked this was a free country---those right-wing wackos like O'Reilly, Beck & Hannity couldn't stop anything that they disagreed with from being made if they wanted to. I guess nobody should make films criticizing the Iraq war either,huh? Amazing how some of you rabid manic right-wingers sound so damn fascist---it's pathetic---you always want to shove your ideology down everybody's throat that dosen't thingk exactly like you--that's sad as hell.
