Is this the movie?

I remember watching some movie where an unpopular girl starts dating the guy of her dreams at some fancy private school. She eventually get wrapped up in the crazy dangerous stuff that the popular people do.

The key thing I remember is them doing drugs together and he thinks that she ODs. He and the dealer (I think it's the dealer) try to revive her, but give up and try dumping her body in the trash drop of the building. Just as they are about to let go she starts moving and they pull her back in.

Thanks for helping. For some reason I keep picturing the boyfriend from Father of the Bride as the *beep* popular boyfriend in this scene, but nothing he's done sounds familiar.
