Surely the rating of 6.1 is far too low? Amazing cast, great plot and very, very funny.
In my opinion it should have at least 7.5 or 8. How Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the crystal skull (yes I know its a totally different type of film) can be rated higher than this baffles me. Anyone else agree?

I agree with the 6.1. I didn't really find the film funny. Amusing maybe, but not funny. I was looking forward to seeing it, and I usually love Paul Reiser in comedies, but it was pretty much a disappointment of a movie.

I gave it a 7, which is what most viewers gave it. This is a decent comedy with strong performances, but I didn't particularly like the "flashback" method of storytelling. I think recent films' ratings are way too high on this site – too many people voting 10 from multiple accounts.
shareI'd say it deserves about a 7.0 or higher but the thing with comedies on IMDB is they are rated a lot lower then drama's or action films which is ridiculous in my mind.
Comedies are harder to make.
Good dialogue and action are easier then making people laugh. Good comedy that is.
Good comedies definitely are harder to make, and when they fail, they fall harder than dramas or action films. This is a decent one, though.
