This game orginally came out sometime in 1994. Was it really released in the U.S. in 1993? I have this memory of being in the 7th grade in 1994, and around September-November, the kids in my classes couldn't wait for it.

i think it came out in the arcades in 1993 and for the home consoles in 1994.

my Genesis version of MK II has a 1993 Sega and a 1994 Midway listing on the back of it
