Confused

What's with the image here on this film's IMDb page that shows a (seeming) Criterion edition DVD cover for this film...a DVD that seems to exist nowhere else! (As far as I can tell, anyway.)

I'd love to be enlightened otherwise, as I am very eager to see a nice-looking, English-subtitled version. Thanks for any help that anyone out there can provide!
