Roxanne

I saw this movie for the first time tonight. I thought it was a fantastic film, but I was especially blown away by the "Roxanne" number. So much intensity. Even before the Duke tore the necklace off, it was riveting.
Right under this is the scene where Christian insists on paying Satine. I knew coming into this she was going to die but I was seriously worried for her safety in that scene.
Romeo + Juliet was good, I love The Great Gatsby, but this is a masterpiece.
