Do you think Christian ever loved again?

At the start of the movie we see how big a deal love is to Christian and how much it means to him when he finally finds love, this results in Christian being utterly broken after Satine dies at the end of the movie seeing as how this love meant so much to the man, do you think he ever found anyone else that he could ever love again?

The romantic in me says no.
The realist in me says yes.

The realist in me says 'no' because Christian would have died from TB before he got the chance.

That's what my friend and I were debating the last time we saw it actually, but considering how worn down the Moulin Rouge is when Christian is writing his memoir we kinda figured if he did contract it he would have been displaying symptoms by then if not already dead.

We're drawing up a plan for world domination. The key element? Coffee makers that think.

When i saw the movie for first time l said:"he never love again".But later i thought that if he ever love i think he never forget Satine because she was his first love. But the movie has a specific theme:LOVE and Lurhman focused on that element and he didn't care what happen to the duke after satine's death or if christian had tuberculosis.
Many says that moulin rouge is unrealistick but i think it's don't.

Considering how quickly he fell in love with Satine, I predict he'll be in love within hours of finishing his memoir.

Consider the daffodil. And while you're doing that I'll be over here looking through your stuff.

I suppose it's possible, but Satine was his first true love, she was a huge part of his life, so I think it would've been hard for Christian to move on...and even if he eventually found love again, I don't think he would ever forget Satine though.

I honestly hope and believe he performed self castration followed by a penectomy and in that order. Love, ha! This film was poo boots.
