"The Mystery of the Applegate Treasure" is now available in a tin container as one of the latest in the series of "Disney Treasures." The extras include a reunion of Tommy Kirk and Tim Considine--kind of upsetting, as it reminded me just how very long ago the Mickey Mouse Club was, and the complete one-hour MMC show with the first episode of the serial. The package was also supposed to include the second serial, "The Mystery of the Ghost Farm," but it doesn't. The Disney Treasures are all limited editions, so there are a limited number of copies out there. Anyone who remembers the Hardy Boys fondly owes it to themselves to buy this one.
