region 1 release?

I am interested in purchasing this movie, but I can not find a REGION 1 copy to purchase. Is there a way to find one? Even when I go to Amazon.com (North America), it only allows me to purchase a Region 2 copy. I've done some searching on the internets, but no *beep* luck so far.

I was able to find a region 1 copy of Full Bottom: NAHADVD, so I am hoping it is out there.
