this is one of the best movies I ever seen!!!!!......with the best lines and coments....but what do they mean with "Feeb"?!

In old Navy vessels the main method of communication was the "speaking tube" this was basically just a narrow pipe down which one spoke. You'd get attention at the other end by whistling down the tube. At the other end of the tube the whistle would sound like the word "feeb" (if you were stoned or Ade or Rick) ... they have a speaking tube in the guest house and there you are. If you watch a film like say, "The Cruel Sea" you'll see speaking tubes in action and hear the odd whistle "feeb" noise. Sorry the answer isn't funnier, but it isn't.
