Any more DVDs?

I would like to see a lot more of these shows,especially "One Too Many". I wonder why they are only releasing a few shows from each season. Also, does anyone remember the original beginning theme? Was it ABC that had the Gumball machine, or was that from the CBS Schoolbreak Specials?
