Help! What is the song at the end of movie

I know almost all the lyrics by heart it's just that I don't know a few things. 1. What the title song is, 2. Who did it (it sounds like a japanese guy trying to sound like bruce springsteen)3. How can I get? It's such an awesome song that gets stuck in my head. i think it goes something like
