Why is this still always on AMC?

They must show it 2 times a month at least.

I don't get it. It's a horrible, horrible movie, quite possibly rejected by even the Sci-Fi channel. And it's no means a classic, as it's from 2002.

Does someone at AMC own the rights to the movie? Or have a relative in it? That's the only thing I can figure.

they are currently billing their channel as "the future of classic." I guess they think that makes it ok to show a bunch of stinker movies.

It's on right now and I can't believe I am watching it. Well, I CAN believe it. Jaime Pressley in a belly shirt and tight sweat pants will always keep my attention, but WOW does this movie suck!

OMG, the monster just hung the black dude. Who in their right mind thought THAT would be a good idea??

They are over at the amctv.com bitching about this movie being included in FrightFest or whatever they're calling it. Dingbat executive(s) is the only thing I can think of here.

This started playing on tv and i wasn't really paying attention, then i realized it was some awful horror movie and my first thought was who the hell turned on sci-fi? But lo and behold, the channel was amc. I know some of the movies they play are crap, but really demon pinata survival island or whatever the hell it's called?

AMC: Story matters here.

There was a joke me and my friends would laugh about. We wondered why in hell AMC would keep airing this stinker. One idea we had was that one of the production staff members or actresses must've been sleeping with a high executive at AMC, hence he'd be getting head only if he keeps this movie on steady rotation. Either that, or the directors or one of the actors is a kid of one of the AMC executives, so they are spamming this flick in hopes that their kid gets some screen time.
