Hunter S. Thompson (author of Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, Hell's Angels, Curse of Lono, Rum Diaries,etc) was the night manager of the O'Farrell Theater at one time or another. Perhaps this stinker of a flick could have greatly benefited from his presence. of course, then i'd probably just be pissed off about the sub par actor the hired to play him.
