Tracy Hutson looks nothing like Chambers

Not that I'd expect her to. It's just that, in one or two reviews, it's said that she does.

I've seen Chambers, in a few movies and she looks nothing like Tracy. LOL

I'm also curious about when Tracy, shows up for the audition. Everyone (and the movie) say that no one like her ever starred in a porn. How so?

She didn't look very innocent. Tracy was sporting sexual expressions, when she first walked in and when talking to the Mitchell brothers. Was that new for a porn star? Did Chambers really act like that, when she walked in?

Did Chambers become rather snotty, as the movie portrays?

Chambers came from an affluent community in Fairfield County Connecticut. I assume that growing up in "preppy land" she came off much differently than the pron stars of the day in terms of appearance, speach and attitude. I assume that is what they were talking about in liking that she was "the girl next door."

Did she really dress like that, though? Those clothes were not really preppy. As for attitude, she had this 'sexy expression' on her face.

I've never seen any pictures of how she dressed in the pre-porn days, so I am not real sure.

She certainly didn't come off as too demure once she got going (I remember she got attention at one point for coming to one of her premieres with the top of her outfit painted on).

Given where she came from, however, I am sure she could at least convincingly play the role of the classy girl (something most likely beyond most women who end up in "the biz," especially back then).

I finally saw this movie and you know what? I felt the same way: She did not resemble Marilyn Chambers at all. I didn't think she gave a bad performance (it was such a small role anyway). She was alright. Funny thing is, when you see her face in close-up, and with her demeanor when she was being interviewed, if you imagined her with dark hair, she actually resembled Linda Lovelace! I think she would've been good as Linda in another movie.
