I wish more people talked about this movie

It seems wayyyyy open to interpretation. But I'm left figuring it out on my own for the most part, finding only a few articles on the web discussing it. I just watched it again in a dvd marathon of all my halloween movies, although I would say this movie is more creepy than horror.

I just kind of wonder how much I'm missing by reading the subtitles and not understanding the japanese in this one.
