Look for the book.

Richard Ben Sapir died some time ago, and this, as well as his other book, The Far Arena, are both out of print. If the idea appeals to you intellectually you should look for a copy on Amazon or alibris.com or some other book website. It's well worth the effort to find. He was an excellent writer.
