Why re-release this movie?

This movie didn't look funny when I saw the trailers in 1999 and it doesn't look any funnier no, so why re-release it?

Are they trying to cash in on the publicity from Lindsey Lohan's drug, alcohol and incarceration problems? Or are they trying to cash in on the publicity from Vince 'the Sham-Wow Guy' and his tendency to beat up hookers? Maybe both?

Just remember this, Vince is an unfunny, hooker-beating, piece of crap.
