Clearly that guy knows what he's talking about, they don't give those things to just anybody. He's in the same league of importance as a young Britney Spears, or a Wendy's employee! He actually wrote and directed it, way before sham-wow and hooker bashings. I was visiting a friend in L.A. who was Jim Henson's daughter's friends' roommate (yeah, sounds sketchy, I know - but true!) and there was another screenplay of Vince's on the desk. (Under Vincent Schlomi, not Offer). My friend was an LA newbie and I was a visitor and so we immediately borrowed Undergound comedy from the friend.... so weird, b/c it was a late-night informercial, and this was back in 1999 or 2000. Anyways, the Lindsay Lohan stuff is brand new and just added in. I haven't seen the new version. Nonetheless, its horrible and lame, but only if terribly fun to watch in amazement!!!

The problem is this movie is one of the most unfunny comedies ever made. It's funny that the guy did two really unintentionally infomercials but trying to get this piece of crap rereleased makes no sense to me. The whole movie tries way too hard to be funny and nothing works. Seriously, I'd rather watch a 2 hour commercial for a Shamwow than sit through this crappy movie again.
shareI saw clips of this on youtube about a year ago one was about 8 minutes long that had a guy robbing a sperm bank and came up with ridiculous rhymes that made no sense and Vince Offer is dressed as a baseball player with a bat. It went on for far longer than it should have and had no comedy timing whatsoever.
