beautiful music when they arrive in American City

In the last scene, the sepia coloured shots, the music was just stunning. I cant for the life of me find it anywhere. Does anyone know where I can get a copy of it or else know the name of it?

The track is called 'To American City' and is on the soundtrack of The Golden Bowl.
