Cracked Golden Bowl

* Why this film didn't get any award for its fantastic cinematography?

* No Merchant/Ivory film is ever complete without mentioning India, ever!
(Taj Mahal, in this case).

* Can't say about the Italians but I have never seen these many Americans
behaving this maturely (over maturely)! ever!

* The score of Richard Robbins is just great, as always.

* The ending of the film is real hard to swallow and alternate ending could stem
from the idea of the death of aged Mr. Adam Verver.
