20 Years of Ghostwatch!

... 20 years since the best Hallowe'en night of programming the UK ever enjoyed (when 'Ghostwatch' finished there was a full horror movie marathon on BBC2 presented by the demonically delightful Dr Walpurgis.)
Here in Glasgow we're going to a mate's house as he has procured the DVD of Ghostwatch and a video of all of BBC2's Walpurgis movie marathon.
What are you gonna do to celebrate, Ghostwatchers?

I JUST saw this this evening... It's GREAT! Spectacularly well done. And pretty believable! I would have loved to see this as it aired. I wonder if it was trying to be something akin to the U.S's Orson Welles' "War Of the Worlds" radio broadcast. It doesn't matter if they fooled anyone or not... This was total entertainment. And predates "Blair Witch" by 6 years!
Bravo!

Was going to watch it again this week on youtube as it had the whole show in parts, also google had it on google videos, but it seems it's been taken down.. wondering if it has something to do with the ongoing BBC child abuse allegations that have been in the news for the past few weeks, as the older girl [suzanne] in the film is seemingly being abused by "pipes"
