Questions/Observations.

1) Does VIOLET really think that saying "Give this tape to Whitney or Mariah" will work? Regardless of whether she's famous or not?

2) When VIOLET visits her dad at work, a car almost runs her over. She puts a "What's his problem?" face. Why are you walking in the middle of a toll area in the 1st place? I wasn't surprised later when she gives 2 U-turns in a car in that same place. At least that

3) When VIOLET gets called about BILL's accident, I assumed that they were going to tell her that he had a heart attack. I thought all the scenes with him eating junk food were leading up to that.

4) VIOLET gets stage fright during her performance. KEVIN knows that if he turns off the lights, she'll be able to do it. Is there no security in that place that anyone can just turn the power off? Speaking of, how can the musicians play their (electric) instruments? Also, VIOLET sings for a few seconds, then the lights are turned back on and she's singing without a problem. That's not how stage fright works!

5) I thought the point of the story was that VIOLET claimed that she wanted to write for musicians when in reality she had stage fright to overcome. So why is LEANN RIMES singing her songs? Also, why is she in COYOTE UGLY? How is it possible that in less than a year the 2 became close enough that VIOLET could ask her for a private concert in a bar? Also, did the makers think it was a good idea to have LEANN sing a duet with herself? That the audience wouldn't notice that they're the same voice?

6) How did VIOLET know that KEVIN had payed that guy with his comic bo--I mean graphic novel?
