I live in Australia and one of our magazines has reported that there will be a sequel to Coyote Ugly and that Adam Garcia and Piper Perabo have already signed on to do it... can anyone confirm if this is actually gonna happen cause i haven't seen anything about it on the net

I couldn't see that happening either, i think it's best if they just leave it as a 1 movie, as i think if they make a sequal they might spoil it.

Actually I saw the other day on a web site that they are in the works for a Coyoty Ugly 2. The web site is www.hsx.com. It basically gives listings for a lot of movies that are in the works and not yet listed on IMDB.

There is no sequel.
I'm not against sequels, but this movie really doesn't need a sequel. It is a great standloane flick and it would've been a mistake to stretch it out. Glad they didn't do it.

I agree, it does fine by itself. We need to stop ruining classic movies with lame sequels or prequels.

I doubt you'd see Piper Perabo in a sequel. The original ruined her career it was so terrible.
