Did anyone catch what LOGO did to this movie?

LOGO (website: logoonline.com), a gay and lesbian channel which is part of MTV networks, recently has been airing a heavily edited version of Chuck & Buck.

They basically took out any "R" rated language and material, then heavily edited and moved scenes around to turn the film into a gay love story. They removed a *lot* of scenes which painted Buck as mentally impaired (especially stuff which connotes children - toys, books, drawings, etc.). And of course editing in commercial breaks.

What a travesty.

As much as I appreciate LOGO's original programming, I am constantly dismayed that the theatrical releases shown are so heavily edited for broadcast.

Watching a Margaret Cho concert film is like listening to a cell phone conversation that keeps losing its signal.

LOGO has become a disgrace; what the channel's honchos, editors, whatevahs, did to Carter Smith's brilliant 'Bugcrush' was so unconscionable that LOGO's credibility and watchability were trashed beyond hope of salvage.
