"bigger and blacker" and "never scared" have some REALLY funny moments to but this was the special that pretty much started it all for rock. he never really found himself on snl. this special made him a star. he had something to prove, which usually makes something the best for any artist.
"n******* and black people" proves rock is the most progressive thinking black comic out there which is why he's on top. good for him.
Agreed, but don't forget about Dave Chappelle either

shareI couldn't agree more that SNL never really knew what to do with Rock, but this special definitely proved what a gifted and funny comedian he really is...this show is laugh-out-loud funny, no matter how many times I watch it.
shareI though it was very good. I loved the part about the salad man and OJ Simpson was great., I would recomend this movie to frinds. The extra were great. He looked so young . I know it was 11 years ago. He looked like a baby compared to know.
