Right down to the publicity poster, this film captured all the elements of the very best 1970s crime caper "dramedies," and in some ways topped them.

And what adds a bit of lustre and intrigue to the whole thing, is that it has been developed from true events that are still not completely known by the public at large.🐭

I agree. It was like watching an old episode of "The Sweeney" (not the crap film version, mind you).
