Searching for the rare BFI DVD!

I've seen copies on amazon for between £60 & £80 but does anybody know where I can get one for a sensible price (less than £50)?

reply

Yes I do know! On PLAY:

£45.99- that's the best price you'll get one for so hurry! I'm glad I bought mine from hmv when it was available at £15.99.

reply

Damn! I just payed £55 for one, brand new.

the best price on play.com today is £39.99. I bet that's not there long- I paid £45 for one last week!

This is now widely available on line as a free download or torrent, even YouTube.

reply

Available free on line -- try YouTube. But if you want to own it, I've not seen it under $79.00

I just bought the American box set Ken Russell At The BBC from Amazon UK as an import for £33.51.

It contains the Elgar, Delius, Debussy, Rosetti, Rousseau and Isadora Duncan plus an interview and documentary.

The bonus was that I didn't have to pay import duty as it came via Germany.
