Maybe VEI (the company that released it) Hasn't made enough off of sales to send her a check.

I mean, it's in syndication on UP and TVone. Syndictation kills dvd sales. It happened to nypd blue. That show had 12 seasons. and fox stopped printing the DVDs after season 4 in 2006 because Tnt reruns at the time damaged the dvd sales.

It wasn't until 2014 that Shout factory picked up the slack and finished the series off.
