The guy at the beginning who gets busted by Alvin and later is killed for being traitor ("Traitors must die!")?

He is one of my favorite actors from Godrey's movies, but I don't know who he is, or if he's in any other movies.
I believe the relevant actor's name is Timothy Nugent (although it should be noted that the casts in these films frequently appeared under erroneous listings!)
Either way, the actor concerned also appeared (briefly) as Bruce Baron's ninja master in The Ultimate Ninja although to the best of my knowledge he didn't turn up in much else. In fact Godfrey Ho himself admitted that most of the smaller roles for westerners in IFD (and Filmark International) produce were filled by foreign tourists who were literally spotted and hired on the spot by the casting director who invariably scouted for them at a particular Hong Kong hotel(!)
Still, I say let us all hail these great unsung heroes who have contributed so much to the cinematic art form.....um.....sort of
