Not sure if this is the film, but I remember seeing a ninja film and the bad guys use this tiny little robot. Is this the film, or does anyone know what film I'm talking about?

Nah it's not this one, you mean the tiny robot that shoots gas right?

I'm pretty sure that was Ninja Terminator.

That is definatly Ninja Terminator, the funniest film ever created, Godfrey Ho is an accidental genius.
