Is this the same movie (of I am talking about?)

I Remember watching a movie called Ninja Kids Phantom Force when I was a kid.
The plot went very similer to the one explained at imdb, but still I am not kinda convinced if this is it?
I remember few things, like around 7 (American) kids tumble down a cave while in a forest which they'd gone as a college camp to flirt with a few girls I think. And in this cave they find something called Gucci or something and There are these necklesses that they wear and when they use this necklace they turn into White Ninja (etc).. It was fun to watch this movie..
The glowing blue sword, etc etc..
Is this the same movie??
And where can I find it, if this is it?

I still have the VHS...LMAO

All I know about the group is that they were riding BMX doing stunts and always fighting with the basketball team, they fought twice.

That film was awesome!I watched it many times as a kid and have completely forgotten about it until today, im gonna make sure I buy the vcd.

I adored it when I was a kid.I have it on VHS, but my video doesn't work for years :( I think that I watched it thousand times.I wish I had it on CD/DVD!

That website pilipinosuperstore.com the film ninja kids will be in the orginal language not the dubbed virsion (Phantom force) Because i did that i bought it and when it arrived it was in filipino and its still good cause i always wanted to know what it was like in their lanuage then a couple of weeks i ago i bought it in the dubbed virsion on ebay

that's like the movie of my life. I'm 20 and I still LOVE it. I watched it a zillion times,and I'm plannin' on another zillion. that last scene where they fight that chic is genius.best movie of all time

hey i am looking all over for that movie i really want a copy of that movie can you help me, ill even buy a vhs recorded copy from you or VCD if you can do that ill send you the money I can find any one that has that movie i checked that philipino store and they said they were not printing it any more?? so can you help me in any kind of way!!!!!!!! please!!!!!!!!!!!!

After reading the posts I had a search through some old VHS tapes I had long since forgotten about and discovered my original (english dubbed) version of this film, now going to try and put it onto dvd to watch it as many times as I did as a kid! Hope they do eventually re-release this on to dvd.
