Yet it is the ONLY film ever directed by Antony Hoffman.
In fact it is the ONLY film credit of ANY kind for Antony Hoffman.
Who is Antony Hoffman and why hasn't he done other things? I know Red Planet wasn't a huge success, but still. Anyone who directs a film as high profile as this one, usually has dozens of other film project credits to their name.

shareApparently shooting was a nightmare and the two main stars Kilmer & Sizemore hated each other's guts, and towards the end even refused to say each other's character's names or be filmed together! I guess the director had such a bad experience he decided directing wasn't for him.

Shame as its a ok film, good fun, no brainer.
Seen far worse people out there making good money putting out horrible films, this guy should have done more, for his 1st film he did very well.
I think he's a big advert director.
