In the last scene of suspense where she was punching on his chest to restore him back to life, the AI said "Stand him up" while I the artificial gravity was not in effect. In this case what direction would be the UP!

Only that there is no gravity, there is no up or down or left or right or somewhere in between all of those.
Heck i dont even know why standing a person up here on earth would help regaining a working heart after a cardiac arrest ... Is this some technique i never heard about?
