Grade B sci-fi movies can be so much fun

to watch on TV at home. Enjoying this one in the background as I fiddle on the computer. Certainly not a perfect film in many ways, but it's entertainingly diverting as I do other stuff around the house.

Have also been enjoying "The Day After Tomorrow" recently for the same reason. Not "watch every minute" movies, just fun for the occasional highlights. (The latter film is also great for when you're feeling too warm ... the power of suggestion is very powerful, and I'm usually shivering by the end of the flick.)
