I'm a fan of Thalia and I thought she did a good job in this movie considering the material. Well, the material was okay for what it was. I just wish someone would realize that she can do more than telenovelas and give her another chance at a comedy film. She would have been great in Chasing Popi or even My Best Friends Wedding. I think.

shareShe is a talented singing performer and actress; I wish she could do more movies, like this one, as the OP said. It's been ten years already, way too long. Surely someone in Hollywood can give her another chance (as long as she isn't asking for too much money, which may keep people from hiring her).
