I've seen this movie at least ten times during the past 11 years after I first saw it over a half a decade ago and I've always thought it's hilariously absurd view of crime life.

What clichés? Thats a word the wannabe critics use when they want to whinge.

It's a bad movie. No two ways about it. There's almost nothing redeemable about the film. Bad acting, poor editing, terrible direction, no plot, and just plain unfunny. I actually expected the metascore to dip below 20.
