Fantasy figures

At the end of the playing games by the lake sequence we see, in three very brief shots, Masao cover his eyes, open them and see his friends dressed in an assortment of bizarre costumes. This is a delightful, totally non-realistic sequence, great fun. I keep winding back and freeze-framing to look at them and I think I have spotted the following -

A courtier of the old Imperial court in Kyoto
The Duke of Wellington
A samurai
Mahatma Gandhi
A skeleton
A surgeon or someone in scrubs
A Shinsengumi member

Can anyone confirm, deny or add to this weird list? Can it really be Gandhi? The samurai has him on a leash.
